Our partnership with this Global Claims Management Company began with a campaign to fulfil a number of roles in the South East of England, our success in this project led us to an exclusive RPO arrangement.

We now fill 200 Specialist Insurance roles per year, managing their supply chain and direct sourcing strategy. Over the last few years MBA has saved our client an average of £175k per annum.

 

SCOPE

To provide recruitment into the 7 main key client functions, General Property, Liability, Legal Services, Broadspire, Global Technical Services; including Major & Complex Loss, Contractor Connections & Shared Service. This included permanent, temporary workers, contractor/interns, and graduates.  There was also a need to enhance their HR function by providing full preemployment vetting management and onboarding services. Additionally, our aim is to boost the company's profile to become a destination of choice employer.
