MBA partner with Jemca Car Group to manage the tactical delivery and strategic planning of all recruitment requirements for 13 Toyota and Lexus Dealerships across London and the South East.
Jemca Car Group transitioned from a PSL panel to a formal RPO relationship with MBA. MBA have been mandated to recruit between 150 and 180 hires across all functions and sites , as well as develop a comprehensive Employer Brand strategy and rationalised selection and testing program.
