After initially demonstrating credibility in executive search mandates, MBA were asked to introduce and competitively tender for a volume recruitment campaign, transitioning 270 full time equivalent hires in a three month period from Manila and Mumbai to the corporate head office in Chester. 



  • There was a 10:1 assessment to hire rate that needed to be lowered in order to fill the required roles in time. 
  • The company suffered from a 40% candidate no show rate, which resulted in wasted time for hiring managers.
