Prior to our partnership, JEMCA employed a decentralised recruitment agency model. This approach led to challenges such as limited visibility into recruitment costs and an average time-to-offer of 7 weeks.
Over time, we have delivered remarkable results, getting over 500 successful placements. We initiated our recruitment partnership with a 6-month trial period, which paved the way for an additional 6-month Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) contract. Recognising the value we brought, JEMCA extended this contract to a 3-year agreement, with additional renewals in 2018 and 2021.
