Bid Executive
Calling all innovative bid professionals ready to take the next step in their career and thrive in a globally recognised marketing and communications company! We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and dedicated Bid Executive.
In this pivotal position, your primary duty will be aiding the Bid Manager(s), being part of the end-to-end bid process for an eclectic mix of tenders, with a focus on our creative sector clients. You will play a crucial role in amplifying our market presence.
Bid Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Aiding the full end-to-end bid process, ensuring the submission of innovative, market-leading bids
- Overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the bid process
- Interaction with resources from other departments necessary for live tenders
- Awareness of bid status for all bid requirements
What we need in the Bid Executive:
- Proven experience within the bid process & environment
- Ability to appreciate high levels of creativity in bids
- Understanding of the bid process
- Ability to develop relationships internally, ensuring a successful, collaborative approach
- Excellent communication skills
