Liability Team Manager

As a world-class insurance and claims management company, we are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Liability Team Manager, who can travel comfortable to our MK office on a weekly basis. Using strong leadership skills and industry experience, you'll be guiding a rapidly expanding team of claims handlers to manage and settle a variety of travel-based claims professionally and efficiently.

**Your Role**

As our new Liability Team Manager, you'll play a crucial role operationally, using your industry knowledge to:
  • Manage a diverse range of claims - Employers and Public Liability
  • Ensure swift settlements within service level agreements, whilst thoroughly auditing specific claims information
  • Mentor and train your team on policy cover information, ensuring it is relayed with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain impeccable standards of customer service within your team
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
**About You**

You are an experienced leader, with a liability claims or insurance background and a passion for developing high performing teams. Not only do you possess:
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of insurance principles and the claims process
  • Exceptional customer service ethics
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Flexibility in your approach
You are also resilient, handling challenges with a cool head and methodical approach.
