Senior Insurance Investigator
This is a key role for our client who are looking to expand their Insurance Desktop Investigations team with the appointment of a Senior Insurance Investigator . This role is complete remote investigations into motor insurance claims
This role will be remote / home based, Monday to Friday
In return, the Senior Desktop Investigator can expect a competitive salary, pension, 25 days annual leave plus much more.
Key Duties
- Complete appointments / investigations within defined timelines
- Be a referal point for complex investigations
- Video interviewing
- To investigate loss and / or damage claims in detail using all sources available and providing advice and assistance to policyholders
- Validate policy cover in relation to the loss or damage
- Candidate must extensive experience within motor fraud insurance claims
- Candidate must have previous fraud interviewing experience
