Part Time Host

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Host to join their business based out of their Edgware Dealership. This role offers excellent benefits and lots of progression!  

We have multiple hours/days available, this ranges from 18 hours to 38 and can be across 2,3 or 4 days.

As a Host, you will have great interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers. You will be managing various customers at any one time and ensuring each customer has a positive experience and enjoyable experience.
  
This role would be ideal for someone with a strong Customer Service background who enjoys giving exceptional service on a daily basis.
  
About the Role
  • Meet and greet customers and introduce yourself as the Host
  • Assess when to engage with customers and when to leave them to browse
  • Guide visitors to the hub, children’s area and information centre, encouraging them to utilise the facilities available
  • Making sure opportunities for sales are followed up by the relevant specialist
  • Offer customers refreshments and make them feel welcome
  • Work with the management team to support promotions or events with changes to the showroom environment
  • Attend all relevant training that is requested of you.
  • Ensure all brochures are well stocked, in the right place and up to date
  • Deliver excellent customer at all times
  • Be the first point of contact for any issue or questions
  • Help with ad hoc duties and tasks
  
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Can handle a busy workload and deliver on promises
  • Understand the customer journey and deliver the best service possible
  • Take great care and pride in your work
  • Be confident with customers face to face and over the phone
  • Work efficiently under pressure
  • Be able to work in a cross functional team
