How to Download Zoom & Microsoft Teams
A lot of interviews are continuing to be held virtually, so we created a how-to download guide for the most common video conferencing applications: Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Downloading Zoom or Microsoft Teams is a simple process that only takes a few minutes before you are up and running with your own account.
Both Zoom and Microsoft Teams allow you to begin video meetings immediately after download and are free to use.
It is ideal to familiarise yourself with these applications well in advance, especially in the case of an interview, as it is just as important to be on time for a video interview as it is for an in-person interview.
Therefore, we suggest you give yourself an adequate amount of time to download and navigate through the applications before your first official use to ensure you understand how everything works - this way you are well prepared.

How to Download Zoom
Step 1.
Open up the internet browser and go to https://zoom.us/
Step 2.
Set up a zoom account by clicking on the orange “SIGN UP IT’S FREE” button on the homepage.
Step 3.
After you have created your account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Download" 
Step 4.
You will now be in the download centre, under the 'Zoom Client for Meetings' section, click on the blue Download button.
Step 5.
After you click Download the process will begin, at the bottom of your browser, click on the Zoom file and the installation process will begin automatically.
Step 6.
Log into the Zoom account you created in step 2 and you're good to go!

How to Download Microsoft Teams
Step 1.
Open your internet browser and go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-teams/download-app
Step 2.
Sign up for a free account by clicking the “Sign up for free” button and creating an account using your email address.
Step 3.
Select the download button on the page linked in Step 1.
Step 4.
After you click Download the process will begin, at the bottom of your browser, click on the Microsoft Teams download file and the installation process will begin with a step-by-step guide to complete.
Step 5.
Sign in with the email address you provided from Step 2 and you're good to go!
