MBA are proudly supporting those who serve through its pledge to the Armed Forces Covenant.

MBA has launched a new initiative to support the repatriation of military veterans into civilian life and U.K. commerce.

Specialising in flexible Recruitment Process Partnerships (RPP) and fulfilling more than 2,500 vacancies per year MBA are a gateway to employment opportunities with some of the U.K.’s leading brands.

As a result of its commitment to promoting exciting and rewarding careers to all forces personnel and ensuring that they and their clients are armed forces friendly, MBA have recently been awarded a Defence Employer Recognition Award.

Furthermore, the business is:

• Advocating the virtue and benefits of hiring repatriating military persons to its partners and clients.

• Demonstrating support to training by providing a minimum of 5 days additional leave to current military reservists.

• Ensuring its own and its client workforces provide fair and equitable career opportunities, rewards and benefits to ex-military personnel.

Resultingly, MBA have also launched The Matt Burton Associates Forces Foundation (MBAFF) where, in addition to actively supporting the recruitment of Armed Forces Personnel MBA will donate 10% of all revenue derived from military personnel placements to the fund to be distributed across a number of Military Charities and Foundations.

To date MBA has raised over £150,000 in charitable donations and following the launch of the fund have set an initial fundraising target of £500,000.
