This premium Automotive Retail group partnered with MBA to improve their end-to-end recruitment process. 

This group relied solely on a preferred supplier list to hire for their positions, leading to a lack of any concrete recruitment framework, interview protocol, or feedback system. It became evident that they required a shift in their recruitment approach. After exploring possibilities with MBA, they recognised that our operational style and partnership approach made us the ideal choice to assist them in reestablishing an effective recruitment process.

 

Scope

To assist their company in becoming an employer of choice in the region, MBA were tasked with evaluating and rebuilding the end to end recruitment pathway and investigating options for recruitment technology. 

 

Solution

  • Established a dedicated recruitment team responsible for handling all recruitment aspects, from initial candidate contact through to their 3 month anniversary. 
  • Conducted hiring manager workshops across all business levels to enhance understanding, collaboration and interview techniques. 
  • Assigned a dedicated account manager to provide day-to-day assistance, manage candidate journey's and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to track progress towards recruitment goals.
  • Implement a Recruitment CRM providing real-time visibility into each site's recruitment progress and overall recruitment landscape.
  • Conducted market, competitor, and candidate research.  

 

Results

  • An engaged and recruitment prepared hiring manager community.
  • Implemented a new CRM system allowing real time data to be accessed. 
  • Decreased time-to-interview from an average of 10 days to 4 days.
