Our transformative journey as a recruitment partner with a prestigious automotive retail business started with a bold vision – revolutionising their recruitment process to attract top talent. Prior to our partnership, the business employed a decentralised recruitment agency model. This approach led to challenges such as limited visibility into recruitment costs and an average time-to-offer of 7 weeks. 

Over time, we have delivered outstanding results, securing over 500 successful placements. We established the partnership with an initial 6-month trial period, which paved the way for an additional 6-month RPO contract. Recognising the value we brought, the contract was extended for a 3-year contract that has been continuously extended since.

SOLUTION

  • Workshops and management meetings to educate, support, and upskill hiring managers. 
  • Appoint an on-site recruitment manager to bridge the gap from recruitment to management. 
  • Establish a distinctive recruitment brand, microsite, online contract portal and candidate tracking system to boost the online presence.
  • Introduce a comprehensive recruitment management system covering the entire process, from requisition to contract signing.

RESULTS

  • Successfully placed over 500 employees, significantly contributing to talent acquisition goals.
  • Achieved an impressive 2:1 interview-to-offer ratio, streamlining the selection process.
  • Delivered substantial cost savings with a remarkable 50% reduction in recruitment costs.
