SCOPE

Due to the acquisitive nature of the group, as well as the high number of current vacancies, and an expected spike in volumes, there was a desire by the business to consider an alternative talent acquisition model. Additionally, there was a high concentration of vehicle technician roles, which the business had experienced significant candidate shortage challenges across the UK, in line with the competitive nature of the sector.
