MBA partnered with UK’s Leading Life Insurance Broker to support its annual recruitment strategy across Leeds, Milton Keynes, and London.


They sought a recruitment partner to handle this large-scale recruitment initiative effectively. The goal was to fill 80 full-time equivalent (FTE) positions across all three locations for the most critical roles. Following a successful partnership, MBA was asked to support the company in launching its fourth office in Cape Town, South Africa.

  • Full white-label solution (branded advertising, telephony, and technology).
  • Focus on employer value proposition (EVP) and employment branding.
  • Collaboration with the company’s HR team to design a recruitment event structure.
